summer bowling practice

I used my Hammer Black Widow Pearl last night in summer practice. yes I still bowl in the summer. but I do slow down quite abit.well on the house shot I bowled a 720 on freash the next day I struggled as the lne conditions had not been oiled and were flipping hard I had strikes but spare were hard as the bowling balls would over reaction in the friction. the center changed lane oil and this new oil don't carry down it just drys out. and I still had a 650 but missed lots of spares.

221-226-236 for a 683
Should have been a 700 series but came down with a serious case of "rectal cranial inversion" in the 9th and 10th frames of game 3.
I threw a solid Cobalt Bomb most of the night.

Once again I can't get out of my own way..
I started game 1 with my Ultra Zone and shoot 244. 2nd game its a little jumpy so I change to my Solid Cobalt Bomb (instead of moving in deeper with the Ultra) and post a stellar 175. Third game switch back to the Ultra and miss an easy 7pin in the 10th for a 236.

so its 244-175-236 for a whopping 655!

Tropical Storm - 4 games - 221, 226, 210, 235 - This is same ball purchased beginning of year - not taken care of as needed, but got redrilled at new pro shop - fits like a glove.

Lanes flipping deeper to out - so moved way outside 3 - 6 - firmed up release. (a few beers did come into play - couldn't get spares, but didn't shoot many either - lol - and I still have that 1 stupid shot in the middle of a string - damn them and such.....)

Yesterday in the first week of my summer league, I pulled out my ebonite puma that I have drilled for a left-handed full roller (i'm right-handed). I bowled a 236, 259, but then bowled a 172. I decided to keep my average down because at the start of the 3rd game, they decided to sanction the league.
